The complaints section is a fully transparent place operated by unbiased parties with the solely purpose of solving conflicts around the community. Each case should be in it's own topic and have two parts, the one with the accusation (who also are responsible to start the topic and provide proof) and the accused who may reply. A third party judge is also assigned to every case under the only condition that this person is unbiased for that specific case. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
So let's walk through how this works using a example scenario. Bob thinks that Alice has been damaging his property in one of our game servers, Bob starts a new topic under this tag Complaints with the title: Complaint - Alice vs Bob. Note first the accused then his own name, this could also be complaints towards groups, clans or the whole staff team for that matter.
Bob use this simple template for his first post:
**1. Describe what happened**:
**2. Proof of what happened**:
**3. How do we solve this**:
Where description is a detailed description of (what Bob thinks happened), where proof is the proof of what happened (every single detail matters), this could be pictures, videos or chat logs (note that chat logs must be marked with proper time so that they can be verified with the server logs). Last but not least number 3, what we can do to skip justice. In this case Bob might ask for a refund from Alice for damaged property.
Alice may now reply or not, it's completely optional or third parties may ask about details or present additional proof for the case. The judge will then look through the evidence and try to come up with a conclusion everyone can agree too which is where the case is solved. Let's now assume we have two outcomes for this specific case.
It turns out that Bob's proof of chat logs where modified compared to the server logs and thus invalid, Alice is found not guilty and wins the case which means she don't have to pay Bob.
All the evidence shows that Alice is guilty of damaging Bob's property, Alice knows what she did and admit it which means the judge will find Alice guilty and accept Bobs claim of a refund for damaged property. A staff will then make sure the refund is actually paid (or force it is needed) then reply to confirm after which the case is closed.
